This registration is for a limited membership in Leather Journey, a Minnesota not for profit corporation. This membership is pursuant to section 317A.401 of the Minnesota statute for not for profit corporations. This membership is a limited-term nonvoting membership which entitles the member to access all educational seminars held by Leather Journey during the specified period of this membership.
By paying the specified fee the individual consents to becoming a limited-term member of the corporation and agrees to abide by the terms of the membership.
