To apply to attend SEEK Retreat, review the following & complete the application form below:

Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Legal ID will be verified upon arrival.
The retreat is held in a natural, wooded setting. Short walks on unpaved paths between buildings will be necessary. You are solely responsible for the health, safety, and care of your person. Signed waiver forms will be required.
All information provided on this form and throughout the weekend is held in the strictest confidence.
